Max and Erica Neves experienced the loss of their son, Joshua. Now they help comfort others suffering from grief. When stricken with grief it is common for people to go into seclusion, processing loss alone. There comes a time, however, when it is good, even necessary to reach out for help from friends and family. Proverbs 29:9 says, “The heartfelt counsel of a friend is as sweet as perfume and incense.” There is a time to let in the light of Christ through a loving friend or family member into the darkened window of shattered dreams. Open up, even if its just a little bit. It will be a start – down the path of healing and new hope.
