Kerby Anderson hosts the radio talk show, Point of View. When someone says religion is all about preference how should we respond? Kerby elaborates, “Religion and particularly, the Gospel, is not preference. It either is true or not true.” Kerby goes on, “Either God exists or he doesn’t exist.  You can’t have God exist and not exist at the same time. If God exists (by definition) atheism and agnosticism would be false. Either God is personal or God isn’t personal. If God is personal, then religions that don’t believe in a personal God would be false.” I hope this helps you give an answer for the hope in you (1 Peter 3:15). As you do, be gentle and respectful.
