Carol Tan is an Occupational Therapist.. Her husband was a coach. She describes her feelings before her marriage nearly fell apart. After getting married and having kids her husbands commitments outside the home caused her to feel like a single mom. She felt isolated. Loneliness can be a silent killer. It destroys marriages. It plays on people’s minds and emotions. A person can be married yet feel very alone. Is that you? Do you feel like no one understands? Like no one cares? Jesus cares. Carol can relate with you. She prayed many times. Psalm 130:1 says, “Out of the depths I cried to you, O LORD.” In time, she witnessed the Lord transform her marriage. When lonely, pray to God who will “Never abandon you.”
